The travel bag is very compact. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this product! *by "***" on 27 March 2026* I purchased this last year and love it! I am 5'9" medium build and this is perfect for me. I use a small flat pillow for my knees but this takes the pressure off of my knees by resting most of my weight upon the bench. I first kneel with the bench behind my feet and then pull it up. It takes the pressure off of my knees perfectly. I think if you're feet are 10's or higher, you would have to lift it up over feet to position it over your calves. Recommend they have a larger model if you are in that situation. I did make one modification. On the bottom side of the legs, it's finished wood, which allows it to gradually slip backwards if you are on a carpeted surface. I purchased some anti slip tape and attached it to the bottom of the legs and works perfectly. I paid $5.
