It’s advertised as 8.5 x 12", but in reality, the envelopes are only 8.5 x 11". The manufacturer included the flap in the measurement, which is unusual — and this detail was only visible in one of the product images. Everywhere else it says 8.5 x 12". We contacted the seller right away. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. They responded promptly, updated the product title and description to make things clearer for future customers, and were very focused on finding a good solution. Communication was quick and straightforward. As for the envelopes themselves: they appear well-made and the black color looks nice. The bubble padding could be a bit thicker, but for our purposes, it's totally fine.
