Review: Comfortable. Well-made - I just bought an electric tricycle. I'm a disabled 64 year old woman and I can't ride by bicycle anymore. Even with a trike, you need a good safety helmet. I already owned a safety helmet, but I saw the helmet light included with this helmet. I could have bought a light, but I liked the style of this helmet. I ordered the L adult size. My head circumference is 22 5/8". It's a bit large, but the included foam piece that fits in the top made it fit right. The dial circumference adjustment made it easy to fit right. The light came partially charged. I charged it fully. The light turns on when I put it on the helmet. I've chosen the flashing mode. This helmet covers more of my head than the other style of helmet. The build quality seems substantial, without being too heavy. I didn't notice any wind noise at 12mph.
