A: Looks like 38". I am 6'1" and the Large size fits perfectly. For the price - incredible warmth and flexibility.

A: No. The fur lining ends at the shoulders. But the rest is insulated cloth liner going down the sleeves. Still very warm.

**Q: Can any confirm if a small would fit a boy that is 105lbs and 5'2?**
A: I bought a small for my husband 5’4” tall 140 lbs for camping and it is puffy on him and he wears a hoodie underneath.  May be a little big for your son?
