I'll have to see how that goes, although the pens did come with a mechanical device to load ink from an ink jar. The gold and navy blue stand out and seem distinguished. Good ink, if used, flows well and the weight of the pen is adequate. The problem I had was the included ink. The ink was watery and ran out quickly. It took a few days for it to begin flowing and if you changed the colour, you either had to deal with mixed colours or even more watery ink if you ran water through it to clean it out. The solution was to replace it with more expensive ink. I used Pelikan 4001 in blue and it wrote like a dream, above you can see my writing.
