Review: Very Nice useful item - What I like about this is the extra room at the back for Pizzas. This fits standard frozen pizzas from the grocery store. As a single person in Florida it is nice to be able to bake or air fry and not heat up the whole apartment as a standard oven would do. It works great so far I got it yesterday. Cooking times may vary from suggestions it seems to take a little longer than what I see but that varies based upon what you are making of course. It definitely crisps things up the way it should on air fry mode. so far I have heated up both frozen and thawed out eggrolls. I made a turkey burger and some egg bites. Everything is working great now for the Cautions part Please be aware this appliance does get very hot!!! Place it safely in your home and do NOT leave it unattended for long. One issue I do see for this device is that there is a setting that has the oven STAY ON and although it is clearly marked as such if you are not aware of that and or not paying attention you could easily want to turn that dial all the way over thinking logically like most appliances all the way to the left is off unfortunately all the way to the left is STAY ON. It is great if you know that and are paying attention but just letting you know and if you have children that might use it please use caution and train them and have them monitor the device and use caution getting items out of the oven. Its just as hot as the regular oven just smaller and you can easily accidentally touch the sides if you are not careful. Overall I am happy with this purchase on got it during prime day deals so that was nice. I would definitely recommend and I love that the lid raises above the unit so that small spaces this feature comes in handy.

**Q: what are the recommendations about applince on countertop with cabinets above?**
A: No issues. Total height is 10". Most cabinets are 18-24".  The door lifts up, not swings up. So superior to other toaster ovens.  You will not be disappointed, seriously.

**Q: Where can this ship to?  I've tried 10 addresses scattered across the US and they all pop up saying this item can't ship to that location.**
A: I have the SAME problem.  I tried over 15 addresses in 6 states.  Amazon CS has been useless and refuse to even acknowledge the issue.  I spent over 3 hours trying to explain this to them..... The good news is that WALMART has the same oven for the same price and WILL ship it too!!

**Q: What are the interior dimensions (lxwxh)? especially, what is the inner height?**
A: Basically 12"wide x 12"deep x 7" high.  I really don't think you can find a better toaster/air fryer for the money. I really like it!

**Q: exact outside dimensions? it says 20 inches high and 16 inches length but it doesn't look like it is higher than long.**
A: According to the info for the roll top door air crisp countertop oven, Product Dimensions	10.63"D x 16.81"W x 20"H.
HOWEVER, people have reviewed various models of this product, the rollmop door as well as the pull down door oven. They all say Style: Toaster Oven.

What I like about this is the extra room at the back for Pizzas. This fits standard frozen pizzas from the grocery store. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty good machine with some flaws

I have used this almost every day since I bought it, and its been wonderful. I got it because I basically cook 2 small meals each night because my son has 2 safe food dinners he will eat (major sensory issues), and I cannot eat what he eats. He also eats best later than myself. Unless I am making something bigger for visitors or special occasions, it seems like a waste to be heating the giant gas oven. It also doesn't heat the whole house thike my oven does, which is nice now that its getting warmer! Its convenient, also. The only thing I am not a fan of is that it isn't too fast. It does bake well, but does take some extra time, and I dont feel the air fry does great. I believe this issue is due to the very visible gap between the unit and the door. Heat definitely escapes from that. Definitely a manufacturing flaw in this model there, because it does render air fry useless, and adds unnecessary cooking time. Unfortunately, I dont have time to return the unit. FORTUNATELY, I'm happy enough that it does the main duty I needed it for well enough that its still a favorite little appliance! It also fits on my kitchen storage shelf after use. Instructions are very easy, so I was confused why that was a common complaint. Controls are very simple, and clear to understand. Its also not noisy, and has a nice little "ding" when complete (havent forgotten a serving of nuggets in this thing yet!).
