I received the brush set and followed the directions, at least I think I did. Hold the tip end towards the ceiling and loosen the tip by turning counter clockwise. Well, I turned the tip and it would not budge but it's not the tip you are to turn, its the barrel and in my case, it turned clockwise to loosen. So I inadvertently broke the tip of the first brush I tried to use. The seller was more than gracious when I contacted them to see if I could get a replacement for the broken brush and sent me a new kit..
