This coupler might work fine with medium sized dogs, but would be too heavy for smaller. Thus far, It seems well constructed -- my prior coupler, made by another manufacturer, failed after about 9 months and while we were more than a mile from my car, so I usually carry a second lead now and both dogs wear harnesses with handles. This item is black with 2 lines of reflective stitching along the inner and outer edges, probably enough to offer some night safety, tho user might prefer to add a bit more. The cushioned handle is very comfortable. I'm pleased with this purchase for this price. Review: Great but too big for small dogs - This product is made exceptionally well. Very sturdy material, stitching is industrial strength and very tight. *SIDE NOTE* this product is made for medium to large dogs. I bought this for my mini dachshunds and when it arrive I just laughed. Because the product is made with such great material, the metal ring and clasps are VERY HEAVY. This product is amazing for the price but may not be the right fit for the smaller good boys and girls ## Features - Reflective - Double Dog Leash - Adjustable from 13 - 24 Inches - Heavy Duty Webbing - Best for Medium to Large Dogs - Made in USA ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01LZ51GVY | | Best Sellers Rank | #487,107 in Pet Supplies ( See Top 100 in Pet Supplies ) #453 in Dog Double Leashes | | Brand | Cajun Tie Downs | | Brand Name | Cajun Tie Downs | | Closure Type | Snap | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 305 Reviews | | Manufacturer | Cajun Tie Downs, Inc. | | Manufacturer Part Number | 2DLR | | Material | Polypropylene | | Material Type | Polypropylene | | Model Number | 2DLR | | Pattern | Solid | | Size | 13-24 Inches | | Target Species | Dog | | UPC | 646648998332 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Images ![Cajun Tie Downs Reflective - Double Dog Leash - No Tangle - Adjustable - 13-24" - Made in USA - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81EhFLD77+L.jpg) ![Cajun Tie Downs Reflective - Double Dog Leash - No Tangle - Adjustable - 13-24" - Made in USA - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81c+tmlA8IL.jpg) ![Cajun Tie Downs Reflective - Double Dog Leash - No Tangle - Adjustable - 13-24" - Made in USA - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81LwKUnyhJL.jpg) ![Cajun Tie Downs Reflective - Double Dog Leash - No Tangle - Adjustable - 13-24" - Made in USA - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/811e6GlhPyL.jpg) ![Cajun Tie Downs Reflective - Double Dog Leash - No Tangle - Adjustable - 13-24" - Made in USA - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81gKlrOpR6L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far, so good! *by G***M on July 13, 2019* I use this coupler to walk my 2 German Shepherds, one who is 99 lbs and the other about 89. Very sturdy material, stitching is industrial strength and very tight. *SIDE NOTE* this product is made for medium to large dogs. However it was too long to meet my needs. My goal was to tether to very rambunctious large breed puppies together to keep them separated but close to each other and to keep them from getting tangled. It did not work for that. But it would work great in other circumstances. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/35977251-cajun-tie-downs-reflective-double-dog-leash-no-tangle-adjustable](https://www.desertcart.us/products/35977251-cajun-tie-downs-reflective-double-dog-leash-no-tangle-adjustable) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
