They were very understanding and immediately agreed to send a replacement without any questions asked, which was a huge relief. The only minor inconvenience was the process for returning the faulty unit. I had to courier it to them first, and the courier service they used was a bit slow, which meant a slight delay in receiving the replacement. Despite that small snag, the overall customer support experience was excellent. They stood by their product and ensured I received a working replacement. I would still recommend this product and shopping with Home Shop, knowing that their customer service is reliable.

The lights are quite powerful and it has been a year one of the lights had an issue and was promptly repaired by their service centre under warranty and now both lights are performing well.
