**Q: What does putting it in upside down do?**
A: I don’t think you can because it has a hair net attached for your hair at the bottom.

**Q: What is the elastic cord and plastic thing that elastic cord goes through for?**
A: This is a pony tail secured by a clip comb. It is highly secure. I have worn it out three times. It does not move. You feel a little pressure but it is not uncomfortable.there is a tie cord but it is not visible when you wear it.

**Q: what are you supposed to do with the elastic string which is attached**
A: I guess that if you have thick hair, it help to tie it up. As I don’t, I just cut it shorter.

**Q: Is it shiny or matt.  my own hair doesn't shine so i prefer a matt appearance.  tks**
A: I’m not sure what you mean by “shine” (in hair terms I mean). This extension looks like normal hair after going to a hairdresser. I would say though it’s very straight with a lovely curve in the end. Actually, just like the picture.
