Thanks to the especially cool pneumatic milling nothing scorches: the powder keeps its vivid red colour (ASTA 150+) and is never bitter – real quality paprika, de-stemmed and sorted after drying. Hand-packaged in a traditional Hungarian textile bag that protects colour and aroma. Ideal for goulash, goulash soup, chicken paprikash, lecsó and stews. Net weight: 100g (3.5oz). Ingredients: 100% Hungarian paprika. Ingredients 100% Hungarian paprika Directions Snip the inner vacuum pouch open and gently squeeze to loosen the powder. Use 1/2 teaspoon per serving (or to taste). After opening, tightly roll down the bag and fold the metal wire tie to lock out air. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.
