    Doesn't function like a quality item

Poorly manufactured, didn't fit together well, sloppy manufacturing. The package was Missing a screw we were able to buy one, made it work.Doesn't function like a quality item, I guess this is attributable to "made in China" over priced!! very dissapointed....Delivery was great that is the best thing I can say.
