I bought it specifically to make fruit (spiced kumquat) preserves that I did not want to overwhelm with either too much sweetness or honey flavor. It delivered beautifully there. I have also used this honey in combination with coconut oil and coconut sugar to make a delightful honey nut granola. Very happy with the quality. Very happy with the versatility. It will probably be equally effective with yeast breads. (That's the next project.)
