Fit around the waist is always accurate due to the weave and no holes. A bit stretchy, so after some time, I expect it to be out of elasticity like all my other belts like this. So far, though, everything is good with it. The comfort, the color, the leather, the buckle. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is that there is so much extra strap after buckling. Too much strap left over and reaching the next belt loop isn't an option. It hangs down 5 inches and it constantly flops around, which is so annoying. Have to send the end behind the secured strap and then it bulges outwards. Ordering a smaller size doesn't help me, either.
