Review: Great quality for a very affordable price - Just received this hose. It feels extremely sturdy and kink-resistant. I purchased this hose to replace a hose that broke. The outside metal simply snapped. This was the second time this had happened. The shower kit was over $500 when we bought it during a remodel. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Back to this hose, it seems very well built and the install took 5 minutes. I used my hand strength to tighten it down. Turned the shower on and no leaks. Very happy right now, we will see if it holds up.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Added the length I needed

When we replaced our tub shower with a walk in, the hand held shower head had a 6' cord. Being older, we had put a fold up teak shower seat on the far wall. The hose was long enough to reach the other side of the shower with the spray, but when you were sitting on the seat trying to rinse your legs/feet, the hose was so short that you could nor turn the shower head to rinse. So I ended up having to hold it by the head, which caused my arthritis to act up. In addition, the hose was too short for the shower head to reach the seat. Therefore, when I was lathering up I would have to lay the shower head down on the floor of the shower. The weight of the cord immediately pulled the head back to the front of the shower, leaving me to try and get up and grab the head with soapy feet which were very slippery. Really defeated the purpose of having a "safe" shower to prevent falls. This hose was swapped out for the old one and now the shower works great! This is long enough that I can sit on the seat, put the shower head on the seat beside me, then hold it in my hand and turn the head sideways of my body to thoroughly rinse off my legs and feet. No more having to stand up with soapy, slippery feet to try and retrieve the shower head. The chrome finish looks nice and bright, stays clean, does not kink up, and does not leak. I LOVE it! One of the best purchases I have made. After a year it has held up well and I see no reason at all why this will not go on for many years to come.
