**Q: Does this still come with the ribbon tray as of today 6/13/16**
A: It does not come with the ribbon tray anymore. They stopped giving them out with the box about a year ago.Sincerely, Image Pro Team.

**Q: Has any one ever received the cleaning paper in the box with the rolls of paper and ink ribbon?**
A: The paper use to come with a couple of cleaning sticky papers with the boxes, but they stopped sending them out even before they replaced the ribbon with re-usable trays. But the 2 times I used the cleaning papers the printer got the sticky paper stuck inside and the printer jammed. In a photo booth group I found out that pretty much everyone that used the sticky cleaning paper got it stuck inside the printer. It was a waste of time and such a mess to clean up.

**Q: Does this case come with a ribbon tray?**
A: Yes, it does.

**Q: How do I use this to heat transfer to mugs?**
A: Hi, No this paper is not suitable for tranfer heat for mugs.
