This costume is by far the best I have ever purchased. For reference I ordered a Large I’m 5’5 138pounds. In a US dress I’m size 12. I Wear medium/large tops. And 34C bust. Ok so. I’ll start with the dress.The dress is soft and comfortable. It’s a halter tie at the top and has a zipper along the back. I could have gotten a medium, I say this because as another reviewer wrote “it looks bunchy in the back” it looks like that because at the top of the dress where the zipper closes it has elastic. So the dress (at the top) does stretch... so if you have big boobs and a small waist it would look good... Most of my fat is in my stomach and this dress hides my fat, it gives me an hour glass look and I didn’t even have to wear my “girdle”. It doesn’t show my booty, which is perfect because it’s not short. So this dress fits good for my midsection just a little bunchy in the top (at the back) my hair hides it so it’s not that big of a deal for me.The arm bands/headwrap: the bands have Velcro. I have thin arms so the large fit, wasn’t tight, you can adjust it. The headband has strings so you can self tie it around your head. So if you have a big head your good!Before buying this product I just winged my size because the other reviews were not very descriptive. I hope this is helpful for you potential buyers. You will not be dissapointed with this purchase and imo this is the best “native princess” costume on Amazon and for such a good cost. I'm shapely, semi-flat stomach, with big hips. I ordered the LG, it fits perfect. I have thick legs but the dress didn't ride up too much even tho baby got back. It's figure flattering. If your breast r extremely large u may wanna reconsider. Headband may need to be secured as it looks as if it could easily break but it didn't. Arm bands too small, my arms are defined so I expected that. I just pined them on my Uggs as Indian boot tassles... Worked well. I wore opaque tights under mines, too cute!! But if this is for a office party...
