Would it be better to remove the insoles that footwear have in them before fitting these or use both together?** A: I honestly think insoles are of little help with plantar fasciitis. I used ones i bought and ones from podiatrist. Neither resolved ghe problem. I found only Joya shoes helped, Ghey are about £150 a pair but to be honest worth it for the pain relief and to fix the problem. Also a stretcher board which i bought from Amazon for under £20. avoid walking in bare feet and always stretch feel and claves on stretcher board before getting out of bed. Even in the night!
