I have sent them a message and waiting to hear back about a replacement. Will update Update: The company did reach back out to me and gave me refund. As I mentioned previously, I have used and enjoyed their glasses for years. They are thick and sturdy, well made, with an artisan’s touch; and the cobalt blue is stunning. I have received many compliments over the years.
