Try calling their help number: 800-913-2116, you will get a recording forever. I found the Memory Foam Queen website, same useless number. I clicked on Six Star Distributing, same number, same recording! The recording says to go to help@bestlifebrand.com. I Googled it but what comes up is a site so you can buy more stuff, duffle bags, cosmetics, name it. I found the answer to my question myself online, no help from Memory Foam Queen or Six Star Distributing. Based on my experience, even though topper gets a passing grade, I would not recommend it because your dealing with people with no business common sense.
