Would have given it 5 stars if it had keys with the package. The directions were clear. I am now confident that I can open the luggage forreal when I use these. The color is great and the wait of the locks are good. The shackle does not move fluidly but that's okay. I purchased 2. I provided a photo of the lock outside the package, with one inside. I also have the luggage tag and lanyard with instructions in my photo.It also comes with a quality, resin material luggage tag. Although I do not need he tag, it's nice. While I was able to use this lock on my most recent trip to the midle east, it failed me for opening after I locked it on my way to the airport for my return flight home. I needed to get something out of my suitcase for Duty free VAT tax desk and it would not unlock. I had my friends on the trip try it as well. I never had a problem while using it during my stay as a preventive measure in the hotels I stayed at. Needless to say, I lost out on the return of $30 at the VAT tax desk on the purchase I made overseas as they couldn't verify my purchase. When I got back to the states, I had to have my brother clip the lock off when a bolt cutter.
