In the inactive ingredients I do not see Lidocaine. The reason I chose it was because it was plant based and has different oils in it and I’ve already used Lidocaine without success. I really do like the product, the spray and the cream. To me it works better than other pain creams on the market. I use it for back pain and heel pain. But, for me, the cream seems the most effective. The spray didn’t do much. The roll-on probably would, but not for a joint. I have an arthritic knee and found the roll-on wasn’t as useful as I had thought it would be. For soft areas it would be great. The cream - my initial purchase - is great for my knee. I get quick relief, altho it slowly wears off. **Q: Can I have the fan running while I put it on to or do I have to have it off also how long do I have to have it on before I take a shower ?** A: I’m not an expert, just a user. I apply TIDL with the bathroom exhaust fan running. I apply it to dry skin after my shower. Showering after application would wash away the cream and the cooling/relaxing effect. It does have a nice aroma of winter green. Goes on nice not greasy.nice aroma and cooling feeling. Wasn’t happy about getting half a jar when paying for a full jar. There are several other creams that work better and last longer. Deep Heat for one works just a well and last longer. Update. Would not recommend or purchase again. Don’t purchase by all the 4 and 5 ratings. Update. This company stands behind there products. I wasn’t really happy my first purchase and left a low review. They refunded my money with out asking and has offered to send me some samples to try. So far I have used the Cryo Therapy spray with pretty good results.
