A pea sized amount and i work this into my face and the residue on the backs of my hands. I know this is retinol and it'll take a good month or so to see the effect but I've noticed an immediate improvement I'm my hands. They're looking much healthier - plumper and more even. My face also looks a bit more even (tone and texture).
