Helemaal blij mee!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by A***N on 15 February 2024* kvaliteten. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by W***3 on 6 August 2024* Für diesen Center habe ich mich nicht wegen seines Klangs, sondern der etwas speziellen Platzsituation meines Heimkinos entschieden. „Herkömmliche“ Center kann ich aufgrund ihrer Tiefe nicht aufstellen. In meinem Setup ist der Polk daher eine der wenigen Alternativen zum Phantom-Center. Zum Verständnis: Das Bild in meinem kleinen Wohnzimmerkino liefert ein Kurzdistanzbeamer, Zuspieler und AV-Receiver stehen im Regal darunter. Platz für einen Center gibt es bei mir also nur direkt an der Wand unmittelbar über dem Projektor. Das Problem: Viele Center sind zu tief und würden deshalb den Lichtauslass meines Beamers entweder verdecken oder in den Lichtstrahl – und damit ins Bild – hineinragen. Der Polk ist zwar sehr breit, dafür aber so schlank, dass er mit seiner geringen Tiefe das Gehäuse meines Beamers zwar teilweise überragt, der Projektion aber nicht in die Quere kommt. Und genau das war der Grund für meinen Kauf. Zum Center selbst: Das Gerät fühlt sich insgesamt sehr wertig an. Die Verarbeitung ist tadellos. Die Anschlüsse sind clever platziert. Die Lautsprecherkabel können mit Schraubklemmen befestigt oder – nachdem man umständlich zwei Stöpsel aus den Buchsen herausgepfriemelt hat – mit Bananensteckern befestigt werden. Die Box verfügt hinten über Abstandshalter zur Wandmontage. Eine Bohrschablone liegt bei. Und der Klang? Meinem subjektivem Empfinden nach liegt die Stärke des Polk in der Dialogwiedergabe, also der Kerndisziplin eines Center-Lautsprechers in einer Heimkino-Umgebung. Sprechstimmen bildet er klar und transparent ab. Mir persönlich fehlen ein bisschen die Wärme und die Musikalität im Klangbild. Da ich Musik jedoch über meine Stereoanlage höre, ist mir das weitgehend egal.
