Apply hallmark karat markings to your precious metal items with little effort and much convenience. These pliers can be used on curved or flat surfaces to stamp inside rings as small as size 4. Stamps are 2.3mm leght and 1.2mm width. This set includes a hex key and anvils one flat and one curved, for rings and other curved items, holding your piece securely while a gentle squeeze of the pliers handles makes the impression. Furnished with Three Hallmark Karat Stamps 925, 935, 999. You can hallmark any jewelry piece of Sterling Silver, Argentium Silver or Fine Silver. Made in Austria.

Review: Don't Waste Your Moner - Don't buy-- piece of crap! I eagerly awaited this pricey purchase, only to discover that it doesn't work. Absolutely no instructions were included with this tool and when I called the company that distributes it, voicemail. I haven't even gotten to hallmark anything because the pegs for the hallmark don't fit properly in the hole and the hex screw that is supposed to hold the carat stamp doesn't. The white plastic pegs that fit on the back plate must be removed so why are they included? After wasting 2 hours trying to figure this out, I give up. That just cost me in productivity. This disappointing mess is being returned.

Don't buy-- piece of crap! I eagerly awaited this pricey purchase, only to discover that it doesn't work. Do not buy!!! This arrived and it had already been opened. The parts were scratched and I found out why. They do not fit in the plier hole. Maybe the parts were not for this plier...as it had been used. The plier looked sturdy but the parts did not fit....in it. Description says it was made in various countries.. my guess is China...
