This heating pad is good. I am happy there was no odor at all. I do not care for any of the lavender scents, or the corn scent left on other pads. This heating pad was soft, long enough and didn't collapse when I used. Great product.

I absolutely love this neck wrap! Heat it up in the microwave for the specified time and wrap it around your neck. The heat is soothing.

Bought as a gift, but wanted to make sure it worked properly before I gifted it. Popped it into the microwave - one minute then flipped and did another minute. Was pretty warm and had that nice moist heat that flax seeds offer. Much better than other fillings in my opinion. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. The only thing that would be better is if it laid down and wrapped around a bit better. I have one that is U-shaped and it is much better at staying in place, but alas that company (earth therapeutics) stopped making the heat wraps so I decided to take a chance on this one. I like it and will recommend it to my clients who have neck issues.

It worked great for my husband. It was large enough which some aren’t!

A couple of days ago I posted the following review having no idea whether it would be responded to by SunnyBay or Amazon. SunnyBay responded completely and quickly. I am very impressed by their immediate reply and they get all 5 stars for integrity. Earlier review: I am only a few days passed the allowed return date. Only one business day. I hope sunny bay or Amazon will do the right thing and provide a refund upon return of the item. This item never heated properly. I carefully followed the directions and it would take more than several minutes to heat even after weeks of use. I followed the directions for heating carefully never exceeding the maximum amount of time at one time. Direction said it might take a while to be easy to heat. I used it daily but it never improved. I had a former Sunny Bay item I liked a lot that was about two years old. I made the mistake of heating it too long. I had to throw it out. But when I received this new one it seemed like the material used that provides the heat had changed. I would have kept it but when it started to leak that was unacceptable. I hope Sunny Bay or Amazon will allow for the return and do the right thing since it also damaged a hand towel.

Easy to use and so soothing for over uded muscles

Effective and easy to use product. Instructions are clear. Appreciate it can be heated or frozen. Material is comfy. Not too heavy.

Fits nicely on my shoulders

El producto es Justo como se ve en la imagen, si calienta y ayuda con el dolor muscular, nada más que el calor no dura más de 10-13 minutos y lo que me recomendó mi fisioterapeuta son 20 minutos. Aún así, lo vuelvo a calentar y me lo vuelvo a poner y todo bien. En relación con precio calidad para mi criterio está excelente. El producto no es nada caro para lo que ofrece.

I may only be 33 but I wear this around my house while I drink tea like an 80 year old. It may be a little heavy for an actual 80 year old though... in another note I also snuggle it at night. The winter nights are cold and my husband isn’t super pleased about this replacement but it is what it is. Anyways it is fair to say I love this product and would recommended it to anyone wanting just a little warmth on a cold winter day or night.
