It fits width wise across the back of my top freezer bin and there is still about 3 inches of useable space so I have some things there that blend in with the organizer. My freezer bins have a movable center divider, so I have configuration options that some people may not have. As soon as I placed it inside with all my stuff I decided to get the bigger one for the other top bin (photos showing the sticks of butter). I inserted the second 15.5 inch bigger one lengthwise and it fits great with additional room still available in the front of it. I really like how these function. They help me keep small things like butter sticks and spice jars contained and easy to find and reach without wading through a heap of stuff piled on top of each other. Before I used them I rinsed and wiped them. It seems it will be a simple task to keep them clean. I think the price difference between the big one and the smaller one is a little steep because you're only gaining an additional three inches and two additional dividers. I actually didn't even use all six dividers in the bigger one because it made the spaces too narrow to fit things. The smaller one is the better value for the money. The bigger one is nice to have, but the difference in price, versus what you gain in size, is not cost effective in my opinion. I know it is created with a strong plastic to withstand the cold of a freezer. I can stack them and use the handles to get inside my deep freezer.
