I have two copies of this mouse and the only rubber part is the middle scroll wheel. The two side buttons on the left inside are a hard plastic. **Q: Is there an appp for this mouse?** A: Yes. Download the Razer app. Also, I have had this mouse and it is the toughest mouse I have owned. It is like a tank and it is very accurate. **Q: Can this mouse drag click?** A: Not this particular model.
