Plastic does not allow water based product to bond (soak into) to it. **Q: Do I have to prime an already painted surface before using?** A: If the Surface was paint with a water based paint before using this paint no you will not have to prime. **Q: unable to find flesh color at any of the craft stores in & cose to my home! please help** A: You should look at a color chart on the manufactures web site. **Q: is there a difference between Apple Barrel's acrylic paint and the quick drying acrylic paint?** A: I'm not 100% sure; but in my experience, most water based paints dry fairly fast.
