Charging is easy (mini USB), and settings help customize what you want (brightness, light temperature.) The motion detector works great, and can also be set to work at night only (if you don't want the lights to flick on during the day.) Great item, and will purchase again. Be aware, the rechargeable battery may eventually wear out after a year or so.
