Needs instructions, because it’s kind of a puzzle to attach to chair. There are reviews and pictures of people who couldn’t figure out how to thread straps through, but it does work with straps! You need to remove the white plastic strap connector towards the top of the back strap. Then you thread the straps all the way through the two holes at the bottom of the pad. Once the straps are threaded through you Re-attach the white plastic strap connector piece! Works like a charm, and straps are fully functional again! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ripped cover.
