Bought this for my restaurant in 2019. It cleans easily and still looks as nice as the day I installed it (which took like 5 minutes tops). Excellent purchase and value. It holds the tickets securely but allows them to easily slide. No regrets buying this item. **Q: how many order sheet it hold at one time?** A: It would depend on the size guest checks you use. I have the 36” model and I can put up to around 12 tickets at a time. **Q: How does this do with holding multiple sheets of paper in a stack? Was think of using it to hold several drawings (maybe 5).** A: It will hold several back to back guest checks...we have gone as deep as 3. I would assume it would be dependent on how heavy the paper/paintings are. **Q: I see that the length is 36". Is that the total length of the rack, or the length of the portion that holds?
