**Q: Says 220lbs one place and 198lbs another for weight limit. Do you think it will have any problems with 229lbs plus?**
A: It's pretty heavy duty I think it would be ok

**Q: Can this ramp be used on/over cement porch steps?**
A: I would think yes, so long as its anchored properly. I would not use it for human traffic however.

**Q: would this withstand the elements used (and left) outdoors fully-extended?**
A: Mine has been outside fully extended for several months with no issues.  The main issue I have had is there is no locking mechanism.  I have to go out about once a week to fully extend it again.  I had to put outdoor carpet on it.  My dogs couldn't get enough traction to get up the incline that I have it at.

Great, light weight, easy to use. Dog is 60 lb lab. Owner is 85 year old man weighs 135 lbs. Dodge truck and jeep grand cherokee. Works good in both.
