The first time we used them we grilled drumsticks, boneless pork, veggie burgers, zucchini slices & tater tots. We even perfectly toasted buns with these! Everything cooked so well without any oil, very easy to clean afterwards. Everybody was very impressed with this product! One thing though, all 3 of them started fraying on the edges when used for the first time, so I emailed the seller to see if there was anything I could do to fix it. Even though I contacted them on Saturday morning, I got a reply on the same day saying they had sent a replacement already. I’ve never gotten that sort of response from any company before!! They even sent me follow-up emails about the new package, and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be. I put 2 beef filets on this mat while it had bee on the grill to a temp of 300. (Direction say to keep it under 500 degrees) After 5 minutes they were foaming. Yep, a cream color foam was emitting from the beef. After 5 minutes I flipped each piece and both seem to have been boiled in their own fat. No grill marks but I could see grill marks on the part of the mat that wasn’t used. Another 5 minutes later and both pieces were cooked to perfection but they looked and tasted like they were boiled. Naah, save your money.
