A: All screws are included, a wrench and spare screw are also included

A: I don't remember if it came with instructions.

**Q: How big of a circle will it fit?**
A: That's an interesting question, given that the larger the circle, the less likely it will fit into the tool. Based on what I would consider to be worst-case fit, I would say that you could accurately find the center of circles up to about 18" in diameter (45.72 cm).

**Q: What is the smallest diameter rod you can measure? Can you find the center for a rod that's as small as 1/4 in diameter?**
A: I don’t know how small it will go. But I will say that you had better check it close. Mine was off a quarter of of an inch off. I fixed but should not had too.
