Regarding what another reviewer said about it not being hot enough, it does take a little bit of time to get the heat from the water to the outside surface of the bag. This is not an instant process like it is with HWB's with thinner skins. I put boiling water in mine and then put it in the bed, under the covers in order to create a warm spot in the bed. I leave it there maybe 5 minutes before I get in. Then when I get in, I move it over and snuggle up next to it. So I'm laying in the warm spot it made and have a "warm body" next to me. When it is initially filled with boiling water like that (ALL boiling water, not half and half), for several hours it will be too hot for me to have it in direct skin contact without it burning me.
