When adjusting, make sure you #1- only remove the links with the arrows. #2- Pay close attention to how the pins look coming out. #3- Make note of the direction of the arrows on the links as you remove them. If not, your band will have a pretty good chance of falling apart. Each pin is two sided; one side looks like the tiny end of a sewing needle, and the other is plain. When you reapply the pin, make sure you push it into the hole until you feel the pop/click (the sewing needle end will pop into place and hold the link). The pin won't set properly if you don't feel the click, and the band will inevitably come apart. It's not hard at all, just a bit time consuming because the pieces are small (it only took me about 10 minutes to setup). It will work with any charging pad including a phone configured for Qi-enabled charging. I mainly use the folding "3 IN 1 Fast Wireless Charger". It folds flat for travels and charges our phones and my watch in about an hour or so. If the watch has the after-market stainless steel wristband, it won't work because the band gets in the way. Then you will need to use a different charger that can accommodate the watch with the band. **Q: There are no pins to connect the band to the watch face. Do they come with it?** A: Mine also did not come with the "quick release pins" as well. ..I had to salvage the ones that came with my watch face! Don't ask, it wasn't easy!! I think I bent one of the pins getting it out, and cut the rubber in the middle. Shouldn't have had to do that to use this band!! But it did come with 4 of those screw pin things to release the pins to shorten the metal band. One was enough, didn't need 4.
