I went to bed after eating a bunch of not so great for me foods. My stomach was quite bloated and just felt sour in general. I think it possibly was from too much gluten? I just wasn't feeling right and decided to take the probiotic pill. I know that it isn't even supposed to work immediately but I do believe that the probiotics went to work in my gut to help aid in restoring the proper balance. After about 3 hours, I felt completely fine and usually it would be an entire day or more until I felt "corrected". Possibly it is due to the combination of pre and pro biotics in this supplement but it definitely helped me feel better.
