This soap is not "slimy" is the best way I can put it, meaning that the soap just makes a very light lather and does not necessarily lubricate the razor extremely well. No amount of whipping it up seems to thicken the lather after a certain point, and varying the water content in the brush to use as very little as possible also does not help. It appears to be a new formulation and a new package, so perhaps the seller could be forgiven as the old large size used to be 3.75oz.
