I decided to give this product a try to keep my glasses from sliding. They actually work quite well, are easily adjusted, and are comfortable -- problem solved! I've found that they last about 3 or 4 weeks before the silicone starts to stretch and slide. When that happens, I just remove them, wash the eyeglass earpieces and put on a new pair of ear grips from the box.
