**Q: Can you connect a normal land line phone line into this phone? Or is it Ethernet only?**
A: No. This VOIP phone is only designed to be used digitally. I have a Yealink MP56 Teams Phone and it connects directly to a network switch and then to a Fibre To The Premises router. You will also need a power supply unit. Great phones

### ⭐⭐⭐ Problems with phone directory

This phone is good looking and appears well made but it has problems.Specifically getting a contacts directory into it. It is supposed read contacts from a pc but would not read the directory in Outlook on my pc. I ended up copying from a mobile phone using bluetooth. This partly worked but missed some contacts and all group headings. I had to insert all the missing data manually. It took ages. Clearly this phone has problems and must be fixed. I could get no support from the web site. The request form kept crashing. A bad experience all round and I cannot recomend this phone to anyone.
