Essenhaus noodles are made the old fashioned way and are the foundation of many authentic Amish stews and soups! We use the time tested process of sheeting, cutting and drying just like our grandmothers have done for years. Unlike pasta from an extruder, Essenhaus noodles are hearty and full of rich delicious flavor. There is nothing that says "comfort" like Amish cooking, and nothing says "Amish cooking" better than Essenhaus noodles.
