Ceylon sticks supposed to be easy breakable.** A: Yes. It is very soft and easily breakable. All Cassia-type Cinnamon sticks are hard and have high levels of Coumarin a substance known to cause liver damage, while Ceylon Cinnamon is the only soft and brittle Cinnamon with very low Coumarin levels. **Q: Is this really alba grade of cinnamon? there is no information in the package or website of viva doria** A: I don’t know if it’s alba grade. I don’t recommend it. When I opened the package there was absolutely no cinnamon scent. **Q: Are these 3" or 5". I need 5"** A: They are 5-inches long.
