**Q: Can you order replacement parts?  i have lost the bolt that holds the clip on my (fsr010)**

**Q: How do you change the ink cartridge?**
A: See the attached video, remove the front cap, take out the spring and refill, install the new refill to the back first, make sure to rotate the refill that it can be fit into the slot of slider, put back the spring and tighten the cap.

**Q: Do the new pens come with loctite on it now? A lot of people have been complaining about screws coming lose. Has that improved?**
A: I had to loctite mine.
