I've rolled it up and stored it, used a hose on it in spring to remove dirt and laid it out -- no weak spots or signs of wear. **Q: The question on shortening this has not been properly answered. Folding it over can be a falling hazard so not practical.** A: You can shorten it by removing the desired amount of wooden slats. Just secure the rubber with screws.
