But I did discover that it made a significant difference when I marinated for two days versus my normal two hours on chicken (specifically thighs). In the lighter colored meat the penetration was obvious. I would suggest that it will take some experimenting as the Dale's starts to reflect its taste and it might take away from the venison if you leave it too long. **Q: What is the shelf life** A: Not for sure, but I’m guessing about 10 months. The bottles from the last order I received back in October 2017, have an expiration date of August 2, 2018. We’ve only used about 4 bottles in that time, so I wouldn’t order more than six bottles.
