Very easy to set up by myself only took a couple of minutes. I put momarsh invisi grass on the outside of it and it looks excellent. Only thing with that is I had to put it in a bigger carry bag it wouldn't fit in the one that came with it. I'm going to use it duck hunting in a couple of days and I'm looking forward to trying it. I really like how light it is, will be very easy to carry out to where I hunt. I did buy different stakes for this which I do believe you need to hold it better to the ground. I hunted in this blind today…. The ducks never knew I was there even though I was set up in some grass in the open. Very impressed with this blind. Only thing that would make it better is if it was 10 inches taller.
