Sawdust and glue just doesn't give me a good finish. The problem I have with the [you know the brand] wood filler you get there is, 1) they have like 4 different colors/species; 2) the tubes are kinda big.So for me, it's hard to get a nice color match. Worse, I spend $10 on a tube for "cherry", use a couple rice grain-sized pieces... and by the time I use it again, it's all hard and cured.I love this product because there are a ton of different colors, and the tubes are reasonably sized. I did some repair on some oak for a piece I'm making and was pleased with the finish after letting it cure and sanding.Also, the touch up sticks are great and useful for minor scratches. I've already used it on my hardwood floors in a couple places, and it seems to work really well.
