Many of my clients are NYC, NJ, and other faster-talking folks, only a headset will do. I really want to re-order it. But don't want to take a chance on it crapping out agian. The headset became defective soon after the Amazon return period. The product developed a problem where callers on the other end of the line mentioned that it is very difficult to hear me, or barely able to hear me at all. I tested it myself by calling my voicemail to leave a message. It sounds as if the microphone is not performing any noise cancellation at all. The background noise is loud and overwhelms the caller voice. The manufacturer's customer support on Amazon responds quickly, but they direct you to an external email for Amazon after sales support. However, that external email does not respond to any messages after several attempts. Warranty service is non existent.
