I had a corner by our porch (see pictures) where the water from our downspout was pooling by our foundation. I could only find white extension at the store so I ordered these products online. As you can see, I needed a lot of length. My downspout is a 3" x 4" rectangle. The extension slides on easily. If you have gravity pulling on it, you'll certainly want to screw this or otherwise attach it as it is easy to slide on and off. I will eventually do this, but in my placement, no one will be disturbing it enough to dislodge it.I like that the accordion fold dis sign lets you creat curves and make the perfect length with out cutting. I also like that the extension screws on so it creates a solid connection. I'm very happy with this. The brown looks great and will easily be covered by mulch. We had a bad storm last night and there was no problem with it. If I decide to add extensions to other downspouts, I'll return for this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very easy to install. works great at re-routing the water away from the house *by S***. on Reviewed in the United States on August 8, 2016* So, the builder of our home was obviously NOT thinking when he had the drainspouts installed. We've had to move almost every single one because they were draining either into our mulch beds and completely washing the mulch away, or draining so close the house that it started to wash away the grout from out brick.This Flex-Drain 86019A Extension in Brown matched our current downspout colors fine, and went on very easily. We were able to redirect the water away from the house. We are actually going to get a few more extender pieces to move it a little further so the kids to kick it when they are playing basketball.
